hendrikmHello,
I have an issue with the Ringskär faucet. The tap was rotated compared to the lever. So, I loosened the small side hex screw, and now I can move the tap about 160° (160 degrees) sideways until it hits a stop and lock it in place. Unfortunately, the rotation angle is not enough to turn it fully forward. Then, I loosened the screw further, and now I can turn the tap completely forward, but the screw no longer engages to lock it in position...
What did I do wrong?

IKEA-Experte13 Jun 2014 20:50Hello, I also have a Ringskär, but I’m not exactly sure what you mean. Sometimes I get the impression you’re talking about the mixer lever, other times maybe the spout. The screws are at the back, you mention the side, so I’m confused.
