ᐅ Looking for a floor plan

The bathroom faces north, with two narrow, long children's rooms to the south.

Everyone, this is a standard BT floor plan. Don’t expect any special features or anything like that.

Also, why do you have to guess? Just ask the designer.

I still need to find the planner.
So far, I haven’t seen a second floor plan that looks like this.
Usually, the staircase is always on the "dark" side.

Since the property hasn’t been built yet, there may be several layout options available for the upper floor.

At least, that’s often the case with property developers here. When more than four units are planned, there are usually two options both for the ground floor and the upper floor. I expect it’s similar in this case.

The houses are already built. I still contacted the real estate agent.
