We want to renovate two living rooms that currently have tiles installed (underfloor heating). Instead of removing the tiles, we are considering simply gluing linoleum over them.
Questions:
1. Is this a sensible approach? Can it be done with underfloor heating?
2. What costs can we expect per square meter (excluding material costs, of course)? The tile joints will probably need to be filled by a professional, and the linoleum should also be installed by a specialist, as we have no experience with this.
We could only install laminate flooring, but from our experience with underfloor heating, the floor often still feels quite cool when combined with an impact sound insulation layer.
Thanks for your opinions!
