I have fitted my entire apartment with LEDs, which save energy and are very stylish and bright.

For ceiling lights, I chose energy-saving lamps.

The only downside is that these types of lamps cannot be dimmed.

I also placed LEDs behind my LCD screens, which looks really cool!!

Then it might be a good idea to dim them based on the number of degrees the LEDs are shining. So, at full brightness, all on; dimmed, a quarter on; or something similar. It should be possible to control it that way.

Just as a side note... these so-called "energy-saving bulbs" are actually a major environmental hazard...
