We are currently planning our move-in. Our house has several openings in the reinforced concrete ceilings for recessed lighting. We would like to install LED downlights.
The openings have a diameter of 75mm (3 inches) and a depth of 50mm (2 inches). Unfortunately, I cannot find recessed downlights with this diameter in specialist stores.
Does anyone have tips on how I could, for example, install 68mm (2.7 inches) downlights anyway?

In my current apartment, they are installed in the suspended ceiling:
