Or they might become unemployed in the meantime and can’t pay. I don’t think this approach is sensible and it only leads to more debt for people. Either I have the money and pay for what I want to buy right away, or I simply don’t buy it ;-)

Maier GmbH20 Jul 2008 03:42Hi!
Whenever you buy something on credit, there's always a catch. In that respect, you can be pretty sure you’ll never get anything for free. If you don’t pay, they will most likely take legal action against you. Who knows how much extra you might end up paying if you can’t pay on time...

Hello again!
Yes, but even if they work with professional debt collectors, the financial hole after such an operation is still quite large. I understand that they are not exactly struggling financially, but as Leeloo already mentioned, it somehow sounds like a guaranteed invitation to go into debt. Quite a strange situation! 😎

I also think this is just a pure debt trap. Buying on credit is already so easy nowadays. Most lenders don’t even ask if someone has a job or not. It’s really shocking. Especially young people keep falling into these traps again and again.
