I recently got a Kivik chaise lounge and a matching seat module. I find the seat module very good. However, the chaise lounge is way too soft for my liking. My question: Is this generally the case with this series, or is it just my specific piece? Now I am considering the Karlstad series. Is the chaise lounge firmer there?

DooferVogel12 Feb 2015 13:40We have the same problem; the chaise lounge is definitely too soft. We already had it replaced after 2 months. The current one is also starting to soften again.
