ᐅ KfW70 House -> Is a Blower Door Test Mandatory?

Hello everyone,

we built a semi-detached house and now there are drafts in the house at times. We built a KfW70 house, at least according to the construction description. Does anyone know when the construction company (we had a turnkey contract) is required to conduct a blower door test to check the airtightness? Where is this obligation stated?

Good morning,

with our supplier(s), it was always included in the offer. I will also include it in the purchase contract.
Therefore, I assume that the construction company is not obligated to provide it.

Wouldn't it be easier to hire a building surveyor?
