we are a bit desperate. We installed the above porcelain tiles on our terrace, and within a few days the stains visible in the pictures appeared. These stains cannot be removed with a brush and water, nor with a pressure washer. According to Jonastone, they are not familiar with these stains, and the manufacturer is not aware of any defects in the delivered batch. Following their recommendation, we used the active cleaner from Lithofin. After several treatments, the stains disappeared. However, they reappear immediately, so this cleaning method is not practical for everyday use. Does anyone know this effect and its cause? Would sealing the tiles possibly help?
