ᐅ Is this the IKEA Lansa handle, and can I still get replacement parts for it?

In short: This is the handle I want, but unfortunately I can’t find it anywhere anymore. I originally bought it around 2006.

By the way, my handle has 260mm (10 inches) hole spacing, while the Lansa ones I still have here measure 160mm (6.3 inches)… are those the 345mm (13.6 inches) handles? Do they really fit exactly 1:1?

Done. But I can’t find the hole spacing there. Perhaps I overlooked it?!
