The contract specifies self-supporting wooden stairs made of finger-jointed wood. Is the use of this material concerning for any part of the stairs in terms of durability or strength?
Thank you in advance.

Concerning? Absolutely not. These are completely standard and normal treads. This is the more affordable option compared to solid laminated treads.

It is safe and meets current standards. However, it does not look particularly attractive.

You mean because of the night?
I doubt it would be noticeable in everyday life.
At least, I don't see it. I have to be within about 30cm (12 inches) or closer to notice those spots.

It should say "Naht" (seam) instead of "Nacht" (night), sorry. The smartphone autocorrected it.

In your post, you used both "Nacht" (night) and "Alltag" (everyday life), so it was a bit confusing for me.
