Hey everyone,
I’d like to get your opinion on the exterior wall of a house I’m planning to visit. I’m not very confident in assessing it myself, but maybe you can spot something in the photo that I’m missing.
Thanks in advance!

But it doesn’t hurt to talk to the neighbors as well, to find out if there really was a house there before, why it’s gone, and so on. Usually, neighbors also know something about the plot or the owner and why they haven’t built (or rebuilt) anything.
But honestly, why wouldn’t you think of these things yourself? It’s pretty obvious that you should talk to the neighbors before buying a place like this. There’s a house for sale here too, two doors down, and people have already approached me in my garden asking how it came about, who the developer was, and so on.
The behavior of a certain user here is normal, so don’t take it personally. Be glad you always responded within 20 to 30 minutes—often, a reply time longer than two hours is seen as complete disinterest and rudeness, which leads to even harsher insults...
