Hello everyone,
Today I checked the electrician’s work. In one spot where 7x1.5mm² (around 8 AWG) cables were supposed to be installed, instead 5x1.5mm² + 3x1.5mm² cables were laid. However, this would mean I’m missing one live conductor. Or is it allowed to use the "second neutral conductor" of the 3x1.5mm² cable as a live conductor?

• If no neutral conductor is required, the blue-marked wire may be used for any other purpose except as a protective conductor.
