Hello,
who has a dirt-trapping mat for installation in a recessed floor area?
I am still unsure if it is worth it. They are probably not cheap.
Does anyone have experience with cleaning and durability? (Price-performance ratio?)
Thank you in advance!

So, there is a nice mat at the main entrance, a smaller one in the living room by the patio door, and a simple one in the utility room.
I didn’t want recessed mats indoors because I wouldn’t like the interruption of the flooring, and also, what if I want to replace them later?
However, I would have preferred a recessed doormat outside, but unfortunately, we missed that.
