Hello and Happy New Year!

Here in Bremerhaven, there is the Climate House, where several artistic exhibitions simulate the different climate zones of the Earth. One area, called "Samoa," features relatively high temperatures and lighting that essentially creates a summer-like feeling. I find it quite remarkable how pleasant this light is when combined with the temperature.

I would like to take this experience into account for our house construction and initiate a discussion on this topic... I am considering full-spectrum lighting in certain parts of the house, for example, in the bathroom.

What do you think about this? Does anyone have experience with it, and what is your general opinion on light temperature in living spaces?

This is much less of an issue with LED lighting than one might think. Essentially, the only question is which color temperature to choose.
The daylight spectrum is considerably closer to natural light than the "yellow" spectrum.

Since there is a lot of information and marketing online about this topic, it is helpful to familiarize yourself with the basics of color temperature, lumens, and their effects on humans.
