what is your opinion on the impact of all the current chaos in the world on house construction and its planning?

If all goes well, we will probably start building with the construction company in August. Although we have agreed on a fixed price, there are naturally still concerns about whether the construction, the company, the supply chains, etc., will be affected.

How do you see this, especially those who are in a similar phase as we are?

Basically, nothing has changed since then. Energy costs are rising, and this quickly affects the entire supply chain in house construction.

IF a gas heating system is planned, I would reconsider it:
