ᐅ Ikea Pax sliding door rubs and makes noises

Hello! We assembled a Pax wardrobe (2 x 100 cm (39 inches)) over the weekend. The sliding doors (at first only the back one) are very difficult to move and make a rattling noise. What did we do wrong???????? 😱

The door is hung too far down at the bottom, meaning it is not in the track but behind it.
