ᐅ IKEA PAX doors sticking at the snap fitting

I bought a Pax wardrobe, 150cm (59 inches) wide, with sliding doors and have already assembled it. So far so good, I purchased it with KOMPLEMENT snap fittings and installed them as well. However, now I have the problem that the door is very difficult to open. It closes gently and normally.

Is this normal, or did I do something wrong / is a component defective?

Hello, the question is what is considered heavy. Try testing the doors in the furniture store. If everything else works correctly, there should be no installation error.
