ᐅ Ikea Hemnes Shoe Cabinet with 4 Compartments

Hello everyone,

I have the following problem: when assembling the mentioned shoe cabinet (item number: 601.561.21), one plastic hinge (right) is missing.
The instruction manual (page 20) does not show a part number to order a replacement.

Or do you think it’s easier to bother customer service at the store about this?
The next issue will be that I won’t be able to provide a receipt, since the cabinet was a gift.

which part do you mean? Because the one where the flap is inserted has a number in the instructions.

... the numbers are listed at the front of the parts list.

On my parts list (page 5), the three-sided plastic structure (where the shoes ultimately go) is not listed. – Not online either – Or I’m just too blind to find it.

“Plastic hinge” was also the wrong term, sorry.

I meant: The (right) side panel. Where the black arrow is pointing… (Step 27)

Edit: The trip to the local customer service center was not in vain. After a short wait, I received the desired part.
