chrisl89Hello everyone,
I bought a used Galant desk (electrically height-adjustable). It broke right away during the first attempts to adjust the height. The right leg seems to be jammed somehow. When lowering the desk, one of the tubes of the right leg slid over the black screw of the leg extension. I have no idea what this black screw is for. Is it supposed to limit how far the desk can be lowered? When I took a closer look and laid the desk on its tabletop, a black plastic part fell out of the leg. I think the leg is definitely broken. Does anyone know if it’s possible to get a single leg as a spare part? Or maybe someone has a broken desk and can offer me a leg?
I would really appreciate any advice.
PS: Unfortunately, my attempt to return the desk failed.
