ᐅ IKEA Effective Office Cabinet, Assembly Tips for Hanging the Doors

Hello everyone,

I have assembled the doors for the efficient office cabinet, which I basically just need to hang now.

But it’s not working—at all! The instructions don’t cover this either. Another person has already tried but also didn’t manage to get it done.

Does anyone have an idea of the technical steps needed here?

Attach at the front first, then clip it on at the back. Check if the cross mounting plates are installed in the correct direction. Step 4 of the assembly instructions shows how to "hook in" the parts.

Clipping it on at the back simply doesn’t work, it’s missing a few millimeters (inches).

Does anyone else have an idea on how this could work?
