ᐅ If a second full story is not built in the attic, the building depth equals the building width.

MelinaaaHello everyone,
We are planning a townhouse with a ground floor, first floor (without sloping walls), and an attic.
Does the above text mean that our house must be as wide as it is long?
However, our floor plan measures 9 x 11 meters (30 x 36 feet)... Do you know if there is any flexibility regarding this?
And another question:
We are building in a new residential development and purchasing a serviced plot of land. Are the road construction costs included in this, or will they be charged separately at the end? (This could be a disadvantage for a corner plot.)
Thanks!!

Is this about the building regulations? Is it about the appearance? What kind of flexibility – from whom and why?

(That would be a disadvantage for a corner lot.) Normally, these costs are included in the purchase price and may be listed separately there. However, corner lots usually have somewhat higher ongoing costs.
Hello,
Yes, exactly, this text is in the development plan stating that the building width must be equal to the building length if the second full floor is not built within the roof space.
By leniency, I meant that it’s probably not possible to plan the length and width to be exactly the same to the centimeter, so maybe there is about a one-meter (3 feet) tolerance allowed for the difference between length and width?
Okay, a silly question, but what exactly is more expensive with a corner plot? For example, if the street ever has to be renewed... Anything else?
Thanks :-)

Does this text mean our house must be as wide as it is long? Please speak in full sentences – where exactly does it say that?

We are building in a new housing development and buying a serviced plot. Are the road construction costs included, or will they be charged separately at the end? (Disadvantageous for a corner plot) You have two misconceptions at once: completed servicing does not automatically mean servicing fees have been charged; furthermore, you seem to assume the charges will be calculated based on the length of your fence (?)

I had to shorten it a bit because I used too many characters for the title.
I have attached the text from the development plan as an image.
Um, the developed land costs 100 € per square meter (approximately $100 per square meter). But now we are wondering if we should avoid a corner plot because we would have to pay twice as much for the road, which still needs to be built there. We were not sure if this road cost has to be paid separately later or if it is included in the price per square meter.
Thank you!

Name the plan (without a link!). Excuse me? The zoning plan is that, meaning the textual regulation.
