Anyone have some ideas for this plot of land? Single-family house with basement/in-law apartment
+ double garage on 800sqm (8,611 sq ft)

Access road at the top?
Is it possible Are you allowed to close it during the construction work? Have you already inquired about the costs for a road closure?
