ᐅ How to Install Ikea Komplement Soft Close Stoppers on Pax Wardrobes?

We are desperate. Yesterday, we assembled a Pax wardrobe (0.5m / 1m / 1m / 0.5m) (approximately 1.6 ft / 3.3 ft / 3.3 ft / 1.6 ft) with Lyngdal sliding doors (2 x 1.5 meters) (approximately 2 x 4.9 ft). After hours of hard work, the unit is finally standing. However, we are unable to install the Komplement soft-close stoppers. These are supposed to be mounted on the same track where the grey brackets for the entire track are installed, but we just can’t get the feet to fit in. It feels like they are too big. Even with more physical effort (force), it seemed promising at first but ultimately didn’t work, and one foot broke.
You can see in the last picture that the feet cannot snap into place and that there is a gap between the track and the part itself.
