Hello,
we are considering buying a steam cleaner. We have been told that they are quite effective. So far, we have been cleaning everything with a mop and a cloth. Does anyone have experience with such a device and can share some information? We heard that you can practically clean everything with it?

Hello,
I have also had a steam cleaner for many years. You can practically clean everything with it. I use it not only for the floors but also for the windows and even for cleaning the oven. Everything gets clean without any chemicals!

It is unfortunately not true that steam can clean everything. With parquet or laminate flooring, I would be cautious, as it should only be steamed on a low setting. If the device does not allow you to adjust this, the surface could become damaged or softened.

Hi,
I have had good experiences using a steam cleaner on upholstery. Often, smoke and food odors get trapped in there. But with steam, you can get everything out really well. I had chocolate stains, and I was even able to remove those with steam!

Hi,
if you are allergic to many cleaning products like I am, a steam cleaner is a great solution. You hardly need any chemicals because steam can clean almost everything. Even the toilet becomes completely germ-free, and silverfish no longer stand a chance in the bathroom.

Hi,
I always use the steam cleaner to defrost my freezer. It works really quickly, so you don’t have to spend hours dealing with hot water. You just direct the steam into the compartments, and the ice starts to break up soon after.
