ᐅ How can I fill gaps in a calcium silicate block wall?

Hello everyone, I have built a limestone wall between two terraces. What is the best way to fill gaps that have formed between the stones? Because of the tongue and groove system, you can’t get in between, but soundproofing isn’t really possible this way, is it? The manufacturer states that adhesion is only applied at the top and bottom.

A wall made of light gray concrete blocks, unplastered, with slight stains and discolorations.

There is still room for insulation in case one of the two neighbors does not build with thermal insulation or delays it for years. If both sides are built with insulation, the wall is 240mm (approximately 9.5 inches) thick. However, it unfortunately has these vertical "slots." What should I do with them if only plaster will be applied? Or is that sufficient?

Complying with the Energy Saving Ordinance requirements, I’m wondering how you plan to install the insulation on the other side of the terrace (that is, Terrace 2). You quickly need 16-20cm (6-8 inches) of mandatory insulation. Or do you own both sides?
Basically, what I said also applies in this case.

Initially, everything (both sides) is planned as cold construction, meaning a conservatory. In case one side changes at some point, there is room on both sides for various insulation build-ups.
My question is whether the slots can remain or if I should just ignore them and cover over? Since it’s not two separate walls, I would like to keep it as soundproof as possible.
