I have read that there are different methods for horizontal damp proof courses. The injection method is often preferred. Can someone tell me if this method is also suitable for a 20cm (8 inch) thick concrete wall?
One more question: Due to capillarity, water can rise up a wall. Is this also possible with a concrete wall, or does it only occur in masonry walls?
Thank you very much

However, horizontal barriers make no sense in a leaking basement. After all, an exterior basement wall is in contact with moisture along its entire height!
