We have purchased a new build from a developer. We have now been informed about the heating system that will be installed. It is a gas condensing wall-mounted unit Hansa Condens 18-30 Standard with an OEG domestic hot water storage tank TWS 300-2 and OEG 4plus flat-plate collectors with a meander absorber.
Here in Essen, products from Hansa Heiztechnik are not very well known. Therefore, we are concerned that there might be problems with future repairs and maintenance because local companies are not familiar with this system and spare parts may not be available from local suppliers.
What do you generally think of the system we are going to receive? Are there more well-known or better alternatives in this price range? Perhaps a Vaillant Eco Tec+?
