ᐅ Looking for a general contractor / property developer in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW)

Hello everyone,

My family and I are looking for a general contractor to build a turnkey single-family home in the Lünen area. The company should have experience in constructing energy-efficient houses (we are aiming for a KFW 55 standard), and we also want to install a ground-source heat pump with geothermal drilling.

We have already had several discussions, including with

Helma Haus
Kern-Haus
Das Massivhaus Mittelrhein

Unfortunately, with all three providers, we haven’t quite felt that they are the right partner for us, so we would appreciate any recommendations, preferably via private message.

By the way, we already have a plot of land.
