ᐅ Framtid OV10 and the Grill Coil Heaters

Hello everyone,

I recently put the Framtid OV10 into operation and have tested the grill several times. Interestingly, at the "Grill" and "Large Area Grill" settings, only the inner element of the grate heats up.

Does anyone know if this is normal or could it indicate a defect?

Ask the manufacturer if this is acceptable. Probably Whirlpool.

In the double grill setting, the second heating coil should also be activated.

Where can I find out which manufacturer is behind the Framtid OV10? On the sticker under the oven door, I only see Ikea, serial number, and so on.
