Hello and good evening!

Maybe someone here can help me. Our prefabricated house is currently in the final stages of interior finishing. Now we have noticed that on the upper floor the planned cable outlet for an intercom system is missing. It was clearly included in the selection protocol and the electrical plans. So now we cannot install an intercom on the upper floor, we don’t hear well when someone rings downstairs, and we certainly can’t open the door remotely—which means always going down to the ground floor! This was very important to us, and now this. I just wanted to know what can be done in such a situation. Of course, we will talk with the head of the installation team and the site manager on Monday. But we have no idea what kind of compensation, for example, we could demand if it cannot be retrofitted.

Maybe someone can give me some information or tips on how to proceed?

Many thanks!

Anja
