ᐅ Floor plan of a duplex with apartments

Hello everyone,

I would like to ask for your opinion on our planned project. We can change certain things since we are doing almost all the work ourselves... What do you think of the plans? Is there anything we might have overlooked? Thank you in advance for your feedback!

Thank you for the suggestion, but I am looking for general feedback on the floor plan. I do not wish to provide any further details. The attachments are detailed enough for that purpose. South is at the top of the plan.

General floor plans are not suitable for meaningful discussion. The only thing that can be noted is that there is no storage space. What criteria the layouts were based on remains unclear. Also, if you do not want to provide more details, why are you posting in a forum? This was mentioned above, wasn’t it?

What can you say? It seems someone has a preference for wet rooms and narrow passages around wood-burning stoves.

... and half with the two apartments ... where is the utility room located there?
