Unfortunately, I don’t know any companies, but I wanted to ask if it is possible to hire companies from Germany for work in Switzerland? How should the service be taxed and what about the materials brought along? How would a concrete example look like?
Labor hours 2000 Euro
Materials 8000 Euro
I receive an invoice for 10,000 Euro and then what do I need to do? What about warranties and what about workers’ insurance?

You are not the first person to hire German craftsmen in Switzerland. I also believe that it is not your responsibility as the client to handle the correct taxation. The companies involved should already know how to properly declare the value-added tax (VAT) or whatever it is called there. And whether the company then pays taxes in Germany or Switzerland should not really concern you. I would suggest reaching out to companies directly and asking them. If they have done this several times before, they will be familiar with the process.
