ᐅ Experiences with combi-box systems or similar construction methods?

Hello, I don’t have much equity and came across the Austrian company Combi-box while browsing the internet.

Has anyone had any experience with this company or similar construction methods for houses?
The basic concept seems to be a good and cost-effective option, but does anyone have further advice?

In theory, it sounds good.
How do you get water and sewage into your unit? How do you get it properly positioned on your property? You quickly end up back to a concrete slab including connections and so on.
A company in my area has been using such containers as office replacements for 20 years. The employees working there are satisfied.

According to the manufacturer, only pier foundations and a frost protection layer are required for the structure. I assume that, as with every house without a basement, the utility connections are also installed at this stage?

I want to bring this thread back to attention as I am also considering the combi-box.

Are there any new experiences with this company or construction method?
