Davinci is also represented in several model home parks, if I’m not mistaken. However, you are probably aware that their prefabricated houses usually look quite different from typical houses—and also cost significantly different, right?

a DaVinci show home is located in the "Haus im Grünen" exhibition in Königs Wusterhausen, south of Berlin.

However, the Da Vinci company headquarters are definitely not within a 200 km (125 miles) radius of Berlin – it’s more like around 600 km (373 miles).

Thank you for the quick response! I was a bit confused because on the website I only saw Munich, Frankfurt, etc.... I guess I didn't look carefully enough :-(. Well, I will explore the model home park on Saturday. I hope they don't look completely different in reality... but I can report back to you then.

The one near Berlin is not a typical model home park. You should call ahead to confirm the opening hours.
