Hello.
We will probably receive a construction plan from the general contractor at a scale of 1:75.
A question to all of you who have already built…:
Is this scale sufficient for a construction supervisor or consultant to oversee and inspect the build?
The detailed design will not be outsourced to an external architectural office but will be created by architects employed by the general contractor.

Hello,

why are you starting a new thread on this topic? You have already received enough answers elsewhere. For example, these:

A lot doesn’t always mean a lot 😉

Hello building expert, the question wasn’t fully answered for me in the other thread, but I’m getting closer to understanding it. The inspector also commented on this today… more on that this afternoon.

Good morning. My expert is not very enthusiastic. However, he also said that sometimes very poor 1:50 scale drawings are produced, while sometimes very good 1:75 scale plans are made. My home construction company will be back in operation next week, and I hope to learn more then.
