Hello. I need a large amount of soil to level the ground for my floor plan. What are the most cost-effective sources for this?

In new development areas, go there and talk to the homeowners who are building with basements. Then you can share the transportation costs and both make a good deal.

Good idea! Another possibility might be a recycling company that sells building materials of all kinds. However, that probably wouldn’t be quite as cost-effective.

Is there possibly a company near you that deals in sand? It is often the case that some businesses buy leftover sand or have large sand pits where they source sand. In any case, we managed to obtain small quantities for a berm.
