ᐅ Electrical installation on precast concrete slab

How is the opening above the electrical distribution board properly made through the precast concrete slab? What is the maximum allowable size for this opening?

According to your profile, you are an electrician. Shouldn't you know that yourself?
I’m not familiar with it, but I assume that if it gets too large, structural stability becomes an issue.
If it’s properly calculated and planned in advance, the opening shouldn’t cause any problems.
