Hello everyone,
About a week ago, we had the screed installed in our timber frame construction. Before that, the underfloor heating was installed by the plumbing company. Now we have noticed that the ceiling in the ground floor living room is completely wet. Large amounts of water were trapped in the vapor barrier. It seems that in two rooms above, the sealing was not done properly?!
We drained more than 60 liters (16 gallons). The screed installer said, "This is normal and can happen."
However, if we had already closed the ceiling with drywall, we wouldn’t have noticed the damage at all.
So who could have worked carelessly here?
Thanks and best regards

No one can assess that from a distance. You should hire an expert to inspect and evaluate the situation directly on site.
