ᐅ Does the electrical system need to be upgraded or replaced?

We have purchased an old house from around 1910 and are now renewing everything that needs to be updated.
Attached is a picture of the electrical panel. Could someone please tell me if the wiring needs to be replaced, how old it might be, and if it would be possible to supply a new 130m² (1400 sq ft) extension in addition to the current 130m² (1400 sq ft) living area, assuming the existing electrical system remains as it is?
