Hello everyone

I would like to have a dining corner from IKEA, consisting of the Bjursta dining table and the Harry chairs. I recently found out that the covers of the Harry chairs can be removed using a Velcro fastener. Now I wanted to ask, is it possible to buy replacement covers from IKEA? For example, if I buy the chairs with blue covers and later don’t like the color anymore, can I purchase white covers separately from IKEA? Or am I basically forced to buy completely new chairs in the color I want?

I have tried several times to contact the hotline, but I haven’t been able to reach an employee.

I would be very, very grateful for your help.

Best regards

[Quote]....HARRY is just a cheap copy of it...

Well, I don’t think it’s cheap... Just a more affordable alternative, right?

No, unfortunately not. Cheap copy is accurate. HARRY is narrower, less stable, no removable covers.
I have to say this because I have 6 Henriksdal at home and THEY are really top quality!

Cool website!

I don’t really find the slipcovers, averaging 30 euros each, exactly "affordable," especially the ones I like (45 euros).
But what I do like very much is that these slipcovers aren’t something everyone has, so thumbs up.

Harry covers that fit really well are now also available at Bemz! Check out Bemz – you can choose the color and fabric, and it will be made for you. Free fabric samples are also available.

I decided to buy a horsehair fabric cover for the Hedrikson.

I’m curious to see how it will be—it should arrive in about a week. I’ll report back on how it is. You can also request fabric samples for free, but I wasn’t interested in that and wanted the new covers right away.
