ᐅ Converting an attic into living space – Alternatives to OSB and particle boards

Hello,

we would like to convert our attic.

Goal: To create more storage space for items such as clothing and things that are rarely used but are lightweight and can be stored in boxes.

Currently, we are at the beginning of our research and are planning the conversion using OSB or chipboard panels.

Are there any other cost-effective and practical alternatives?

We don’t know of any, but wanted to ask anyway.
