ᐅ Different Manufacturing Quality: Specialized Retail vs. Online?

Hello everyone,

We will have our bathroom installation done by EL since we have a relative in that field.

We have already visited several specialist stores... Elements, R+F, etc....

We really like the Grohe Essence line... The dealer says that the Grohe products sold online are of a completely different quality than his Grohe products, which is why his prices are almost twice as high... We would prefer to order from Reuter...

Is that really the case?

Nonsense. Same product, same item number... just cheaper because the internet, unlike the specialized bathroom store, doesn’t carry the same overhead.
