We are currently having some minor disagreements with our builder, and to avoid further issues, I would like to clarify one point in advance:
The matter is as follows:
According to our building specification, floor tiles with a material cost of €25 per square meter (per m²) are included for the following rooms:
Kitchen, hallway, utility room, bathroom, toilet, and entrance foyer .
Additionally, we agreed on a price of €30 per square meter (per m²) for all rooms where floor tiles are not planned.
