does anyone here happen to have the Dignitet steel cable set and can tell me the width or height of the fittings, meaning how far the cable runs from the ceiling when the fittings are screwed under the ceiling?
We want to use two of these sets to cover part of our room ceiling with black fabric when our home theater projector is on, to reduce or eliminate light reflecting from the ceiling back onto the screen, similar to this:
However, our screen is mounted only 10 cm (4 inches) below the ceiling, so it could be quite tight, as the fabric, if not completely taut, might partially cover the screen.
