ᐅ Credit for bathroom fixtures and tiles – appropriate credit amount

I am planning to build a prefabricated house.
The prefab company offered me a credit of €3400 for the bathroom tiling (8 sqm (86 sq ft) floor, wall height 1.6 m (5 ft 3 in)) and guest toilet (4.5 sqm (48 sq ft) floor with shower, wall tiles only in the shower area), including installation, and €4300 for the sanitary fixtures (1 bathtub, 2 showers with shower screens, 2 toilets, and 2 washbasins).
Question: Is this realistic? Can I get this service cheaper elsewhere? I cannot do any work myself here, as I know about tiling about as much as I do about space travel. 🙂
