After 5 years in our newly built house, I noticed a significant crack forming along the roller shutter box in the upstairs bathroom, and some plaster is gradually coming off. I only realized it by chance a few months ago. What could be causing this or have caused it, and how can it be repaired? Is this something to be concerned about? Thanks for your feedback.
