ᐅ Costs for Tile Installation, Painting, and Vinyl Flooring Installation

We are having our house built as a turnkey project but have removed some items from the package and want to either subcontract them ourselves or, if necessary, handle at least the painting and vinyl flooring ourselves.
So far, I have received two quotes from a Polish and a Romanian trades team, and both were identical and, in my opinion, quite overpriced.
Can anyone provide a general guideline on costs per square meter for affordable companies?
As mentioned, it does not have to be a certified master craftsman company; it could be a maintenance service or a Polish team, as long as the price is right. These are the items we wanted to save on compared to our main contractor, and we would prefer not to do the work ourselves since we are very busy with our jobs.

When we asked around back then (at exhibitions, trade fairs, and stores), we were quoted installation prices per square meter that were about as high as the cost of the materials. On top of that, VAT would be added. In the end, we installed the carpet and parquet flooring ourselves.
