Hello dear forum community,

I would like to convert the upper floor of our house (currently unfinished, meaning concrete floor, stone walls, and no ceiling yet, about 90 square meters (970 square feet)). Now I wanted to ask what the approximate cost would be if you do a lot of the work yourself?

Thanks in advance!

Thank you for the responses. I will now do some research and get started. When I am finished, I will let you know how much it cost.

Best regards

I believe the project could become expensive. Converting an upper floor of about 90 m² (970 sq ft) usually costs no less than 4000-6000 euros. Depending on the requirements, it can of course become much more costly.

Hey, that really depends on the type of interior finishing. I don’t think you’ll get away with less than 3000 euros.
