I requested a fee quote from a structural engineer.
However, I find it a bit too expensive.
5000 euros net for inspection, demolition confirmation, formwork and reinforcement drawings, and structural stability certification.
I could be mistaken.
Project:
Residential house with ground floor up to attic, no basement, with free-span ceilings over 6m (20 feet).

You are mistaken; the offer price is actually set towards the lower end of the range. 😉
